You can ask us at any time to delete everything we have stored about you. No form, no reason, no follow-up questions.
how it works
Send an email to hello@snooffle.com with the subject Löschung (deletion). Include the email address or Instagram handle we have you under — that's all we need.
We confirm receipt and delete within 30 days. Usually it takes a few days.
did you connect your instagram account?
Then remove the connection in Instagram first: Settings → Apps and websites → snooffle → Remove. That immediately stops any further data retrieval, even without writing to us.
We delete the data already retrieved when we receive your message.
what is deleted
- your waiting list entry including email address and handle
- your Instagram access token
- all posts, metrics and histories stored for your account
What remains are already created anonymised niche analyses. These contain no individual values and no link to you — technically they cannot be attributed to a person and therefore cannot be removed individually.
